Im Anschluss verbringen Sie noch einige Tage auf der größeren Nachbarinsel Koh Chang, um auch hier an weißen Sandstränden mit Kokospalmen zu entspannen oder im Inselinneren in Wasserfällen zu baden.

Koh Chang – Tropical Rainforest and Relaxed Beach Life
Important information regarding transfers: We cannot offer transfers to or from Koh Chang for arrivals at Trat Airport after 4:30 pm or departures before 11:00 am. Private transfers may be available for arrangement locally or through your hotel.
Located in eastern Thailand near the Cambodian border, Koh Chang is the country’s second-largest island. Known for its lush mountain landscapes, tropical rainforest, waterfalls and sandy beaches, the island is part of Mu Ko Chang National Park and is an ideal destination for combining a beach holiday with nature and outdoor activities.
Along the west coast, popular beaches such as White Sand Beach, Klong Prao and Kai Bae offer a variety of resorts, restaurants, small shops and laid-back beach bars. The south and east of the island are generally quieter and provide a more secluded atmosphere. Boat trips to nearby islands, snorkelling and diving excursions, and walks through the rainforest offer plenty of opportunities to explore the island beyond its beaches. Despite its well-developed tourism infrastructure, Koh Chang has retained a relaxed and easy-going atmosphere.
Koh Chang can be reached via Trat Airport or by road from Bangkok, followed by a ferry crossing from the mainland. The best conditions for a beach holiday and boat excursions are generally found from November to April. During the rainy season, from around May to October, the island’s vegetation is particularly lush, although heavier rainfall and rougher seas may limit swimming and excursion opportunities.
